Our most asked question by far!
The costs of our Park Models vary, depending on which series you choose, any upgrades, etc., however the base pricing for each series is:
*** Base pricing does not include taxes, delivery, installation or skirting.
It depends.
If you buy a stock model, we can have it delivered and installed in as little as 30 days, and usually within 60 days.
If you buy a custom model, it will most likely take 6-8 months.
The short answer to that would be “A Lot”.
There are almost too many to list here, but the main Park Model upgrades would include:
Appliances (ie. stainless steel), Fireplaces, Air Conditioning, Furniture, Walk-In Showers, Backsplashes, Corian Countertops, Kitchen Cabinetry, Plumbing Fixtures, Wooden Beam Packages, Ceiling Fans, Pot Lights, Exterior Siding, Metal Roofs, Transoms, Pentagon Windows, and more.

All Park Models and Campground Homes come with a five (5) year factory warranty from delivery.
BR Lifestyles performs all manufacturer warranty work in central and eastern Ontario.

Yes.
A floorplan can be increased to a maximum of 544 sq ft.
Our Frontier Series Models come fully furnished.
For all other models, we offer furniture as an optional upgrade that is scaled to fit and designed to look amazing in those spaces.
Some models are, however the majority of models are considered to be “Three Seasonal Units” (spring summer, fall).
If buying a winterized Park Model is your preference, please get in touch with us and we’ll discuss your available options.
We’ll service clients right across Canada, although the majority of our customers are located in Ontario.
Your location isn’t an obstacle for us and we’re happy to work with you wherever you are situated.

Sadly, there’s no general provincial list being maintained that outlines openings, but we do know of parks with openings that we gladly suggest to clients.
We exclusively partner with General Coach Canada and Precision Sunrooms.
Both are established and trusted companies and have been around for years.
